Yes, if the govenment isnt my friend on there I don't want them to see my profile, but really that is wrong to do. That is your stuff, for most people they tell everything about their lives on there, its just like going through your house without a warrent. Facebook shouldn't be aloud to give away your information.
Do you think this is invasion of your privacy? Justify your answer. 2. Does this comply with the terms and conditions for use of Facebook? Have you read them? 3. Does this violate your 4th Amendment rights?
